hey so we have a room available, $450/month no deposit, just pay yer damn bills and rent on time! there are three of us in the house, me, my son, and rachael. we're all creative, mellow people, and regard our house as a HOME and NOT a party pad. 420 is ok but IN MODERATION, NO HARD DRUGS PERIOD EVER FUGGIDABOUDIT!!!!! and do NOT eat my kids' food. ever.

* very safe, nice neighborhood (though outlying areas not so much...we are rather crime-free here)

* haha...close to highland! omygoodness! (just figured that one out)

the neighborhood where the central shopping area is and whatnot is nice and closeby...safeway, library, etc. and the 57 macarthur bus runs near the house.
